The template used when creating a page with a table-based TOC at the left side of the page is named "TablePageTemplate.html". The template uses the GIF-image "background.gif" as background, the image is located inside the folder named "Sample Web Files".
Since the table of contents is included on every page, there is no special index template.
You can edit the template file with PageSpinner, remember to check the stationery box using Finder's Get Info command before running the script.
The generated pages begins with "t_" and the first file is named "t_file_1.html", the second "t_file_2.html" and so on.
